Tracking updates can sometimes appear with delays.

This is completely normal and does not mean your order has stopped moving.

Your package continues to make progress through the delivery network.

We are currently in the process of moving into our new warehouse, which is designed to help us ship orders even faster in the near future.

During this transition, delivery may take around 7–10 days on average.

In some cases, it may take a little longer — we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once our warehouse move is fully completed, delivery times will return to normal and your orders will arrive even faster.

Please enter the same email address you used during checkout — this allows our system to locate your order correctly.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email and always starts with a # followed by several digits (for example: #1234).

Once your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to correct it.

If it’s already on the way, the delivery carrier will try their best to deliver it as addressed.
